We know that each one of our clients are different, which is why we begin every client’s rehabilitation journey by developing a tailored treatment plan.
The daily schedule at Woodlake Transitional follows the same basic routine. Each client’s schedule consist of IOP, aftercare, education and free time.
Our patients receive the benefit of a counselor experienced in rehabilitation and a dedicated case manager, who coordinates each client’s plan and answers their questions.

Woodlake is a full continuum of care treatment facility, taking individuals from medical detox through transitional living. It is our mission to provide our clients with a supportive and safe environment where they can heal and recover from their addiction.
